Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Sei Bello Co., we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our valued clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone efficiently, we have implemented a “no-exception” cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, kindly give us a call at 414-315-3122 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the opportunity to fill any last-minute cancellations.
Your appointment time is specially reserved for you and is important to our team. Therefore, please note the following fees for late cancellations:
- 24-hour or less cancellation will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-show appointments will incur a $50 fee
Please be aware that this policy applies without exception, including for reasons such as illness/Covid, non-emergency weather conditions, work conflicts, or unexpected personal matters.
Furthermore, if there are two instances of no-show or cancellations within 48 hours, a deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. Deposit amounts will vary based on the type of appointment and will be forfeited in case of subsequent no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours.

Seasonal Policy
As winter descends upon us, and particularly here in Wisconsin, we’re accustomed to snowfall!
Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and consider allowing extra travel time, especially on snowy days.
In the event of a statewide or county-issued Snow/Weather emergency, rest assured that we’ll waive the 48-hour cancellation fee if you deem it unsafe to make your appointment due to weather conditions on a declared Weather Emergency Day. However, if such an emergency is not declared at the state or local level, our standard cancellation policy will still be in effect. We appreciate your cooperation in planning for inclement weather.

Payment Policy
At Sei Bello Co., payment is due at the time the services are performed. We are sorry, no cash. We do accept all major credit cards with 3% processing fee, debit cards and our option of Buy Now, Pay Later with www.withcherry.com.
Return Policy
At Sei Bello Co., we are dedicated to delivering goods and services of the utmost quality. Consequently, any products used or administered during your treatment are considered final and non-refundable. Our paramount concern is maintaining a safe and exceptional environment for our valued clients.
In accordance with these standards, we regret to inform you that we cannot process returns of skincare products once the purchase has been finalized, except in instances of evident defects in packaging or product. If you experience a legitimate allergic reaction, it is crucial that you promptly contact the clinic and arrange to be assessed by a provider within 48 hours of the reported reaction. The reaction will be carefully evaluated and documented before any considerations for returns or exchanges can be made. This procedure must be completed within two weeks of the initial product purchase. In such cases, an in-house credit will be issued for future purchases; cash refunds will not be extended.
